Citizen science: does it industry require soft skills along with hard skills?

Аннотация:
In this study, analyzed both theoretical and practical sides of hard/soft skills discussion, defined the difference between hard and soft skills and determined the importance and the place of such skills in IT industry alongside with citizen science. Concluded, that despite existing biases, IT is not purely a hard skill-based field and soft skills not only have their place in the industry, in some cases, they can be as important, if not more important than the hard ones.
