Аннотация:
Soft skills are becoming crucially valuable for the employer, as access to the variety of ways of improving hard skills of employees significantly increases. Moreover essential hard skills are continually changing, as the development of the state of art technologies occurs, whereas soft skills requirements stay the same. Thus the study was conducted in order to determine proper hard-soft skills ratio for efficient problem-solving by small groups of people.
