Improvement of human resource management on the example of the JSC "Adidas" enterprise

Adidas is a German industrial group, specializing in the manufacture of clothing, footwear and equipment for sports lifestyle. Adidas was founded in 1920. This is a very large company, which has offices in most of the countries. In the world ranking of Adidas, Russia is the fourth after the United States, China and Japan. However, the Russian representation of managers says with confidence, that less than in five years our country will overtake Japan. To achieve this goal more rapidly, it is necessary to deal with the problem of improving personnel management. The system should work in one direction and provide the solution to its tasks. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations how to improve the personnel management effectiveness of a trade enterprise on the example of "Adidas".
